This is a very good business. It has not been hurt by the economy as much as other business have, people are always buying food. You will simply be able to purchase this and go out the next day and start making money. There is no set up and tear down at a show, everything is right there. You simply plug into electric, turn on machines and you're ready to go, unlike other businesses that spend hours of setting up and tearing down, worrying about tents blowing away and rain.
